1. What we collect
HeyWorks.id is an independent web, AI and automation consultancy. We also sell digital products (source code of motion components) through our store. We keep the amount of personal data we handle as small as the business allows.
When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, or a brief form): your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business and the system you need.
When you buy a store product: your name, email, payment confirmation, and the transaction reference. We need this to deliver the files and to prove you own the license.
When we build a system for you: only the data your project actually requires. We do not copy your production database "for reference".
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare an offer.
- To deliver the product, license key, or source code you paid for.
- To provide support and fixes during the agreed warranty period.
- To send invoices and keep tax records where the law requires us to.
- To remember your language and theme preference on this website.
We do not build behavioral profiles, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone. That is not our business model, and it never will be.
3. How we store it
Project data lives in the environment you paid for, or in a private repository during the build. Access is limited to the people working on your project. When a project ends, we keep only what is needed to prove delivery and to support the warranty - and we delete the rest on request.
Local storage. This website stores your theme and language choice in your browser (keys hw-theme, hw-lang). No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics account is attached to your identity.
4. What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- Use your project data to train any AI model.
- Share your code, credentials, or business data with third parties.
- Keep access to your systems after a project ends, unless you ask us to.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking cookies. The only thing we store is your display preference (dark or light theme, and your language) inside your own browser. Clearing your browser data removes it entirely.
6. Third-party services
Some parts of the work touch services we do not operate. We only hand them the minimum they need to function:

Each of these has its own privacy policy. If you bring your own accounts or API keys to a project, your data never passes through ours.
7. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Show you what personal data of yours we hold.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it, unless we must keep it for tax or warranty reasons.
- Stop processing it and end any ongoing engagement.
Requests go to privacy@heyworks.id. We reply within a reasonable time, usually 2 business days, and always without making you justify the request.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects your rights, we update the date at the top and, where the change is material, we notify clients and store buyers directly by email. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated version.
